The draft programme outline is now available below. Please note that this programme is subject to change as presenter confirmations, session scheduling, and special events are finalised. Content, timings, and session formats may be updated prior to the conference.

 

Important Information for Presenters

 

All accepted presenters are required to register and pay their conference registration fees by 1 October 2026 to confirm their place in the programme. Presentations that are not confirmed by the registration deadline may be removed from the final schedule.

 

Following the presenter confirmation deadline, the conference team will timetable individual sessions, allocate presentation streams, and finalise room scheduling. A full draft programme, including detailed session schedules and presentation timings, will be released on 30 October 2026.
