Registration
Early bird registration is now open. You can register and pay by credit card or request an invoice for payment.
ACHS Membership: All attendees must hold a current ACHS membership and provide their membership ID during registration. To find your Membership ID you will need to login to your ACHS profile on this page and your ID is at the top of your Profile page.
If you are not a current member but would like to become a member to participate in the conference, you can join here.
Conference Registration Fees
All amounts are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST 15%).

Pre-Conference Fieldtrip (Limit of 80 participants)

Hongoeka Marae and Pātaka Art + Museum, Porirua
Ticket price: NZD $120 includes GST
Ticket inclusions: Transport to/from Porirua by bus; pōwhiri, morning tea and lunch at Hongoeka Marae; Porirua Harbour Heritage tour; visit to Pātaka Art + Museum and guided tour of Mutumutu ki Mukukai exhibition.

Payment Information
Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% will be applied to the fees during registration. All fees and payments are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Full payment is required 14 days following the original invoice date or before the conference opening date, whichever date is earlier.
Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the organisers by email. Cancellations received up to and including 23 October 2026 will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST. Cancellations made from 24 October 2026 are non-refundable. Registration may be transferred to another person.
Please notify the organisers by email of the replacement attendee's name and contact details.
